This is an indisputable fact that we like to assure our users.
All modern hackintosh solutions, regardless of the type or community, whoever producing hackintosh certainly violate rights of ASEM Co., Ltd., by using patented methods held by ASEM.

Defamative article against EFiX and ASEM on Toms Hardware.
1. Originated with Davide Rutigliano, the former CEO, who got banished from the company. Closely working together, Tuan Ngyen, who owes several thousand US Dollars to ASEM till today for products he took and never returned.
2. Tuan Ngyen runs an IT-company and asked for selling EFiX, however
was rejected due to the attitude Tuan showed toward the company and the products.
3. The slanderous article showed on Tom’s Hardware was based on Fake dissection made by Asere-BLN (Jurgen Selent). This defamatory and slandereous article, created by Asere-BLN have being taken down by ASEM lawyers much earlier than re-release of it on Tom's Hardware by Tuan Ngyen.

ASEM is not the first company attacked by Tuan Ngyen after he got position at Toms Hardware.
He uses mainly his Toms Hardware position and connections in order to get products and information for his own IT-company.

Fake dissection / Dissassembling of EFiX made by Asere-BLN (Jurgent Selent, Berlin, Germany)
The article about Asere-BLN’s dissection is a fabricated article.
Most of information he got was from ex. ASEM programmer, who got banished from the company due to continuously leaking information to hackintosh community.
Because of security policies in ASEM, the programmer had very limited access to some of software modules and resources. About hardware, that programmer had only theoretical information, given by one of higher positioned officials. The leak of information has never come close to core information and the real product. This also explains why nobody hacked EFiX solution till today.

The source of leaked information was confirmed without effort, due to the claims one the article were based on information provided to this programmer, while he was working for ASEM.

Needn’t to be a professional engineer, amateurs will understand the information released by Jurgen Selent is fake, and resulted in trolling-articles finally.

Facing this trouble, ASEM took steps- lawyers have contacted Asere-BLN, and he was required to take his calumnious article down. The final words from Asere-BLN, also Jurgen Selent, on his website and his "underground" actions afterwards were recorded by ASEMs Law Team, among other interesting information, are currently stored in ASEMs Law Department.

Mainly this is a group of criminals with different level of criminal activities.

In the past ASEM had several developers who leaked sources or binaries to the hackintosh community.
Those leaked sources or binaries were rebranded and trolls, also persons who scam on ASEM afterwards claimed that
ASEM is using code of community. Till today, since 2007, there is no any evidence, nor prooves for such claims.
Several pseudo technological articles being set against EFiX solution, however it is not difficult to see, that those are nothing else than just trolling-articles.
Now it comes time to reveal all the details regarding stolen information step by step, including the information about persons involved in trolling activities and stealing of ASEMs property.
