The fix hasn't been included in the firmware yet, The Dev Team is aware of this and is currently working on a fix.

Please restart your computer and wait 1 min or two, if that does not work, please switch the cable to different on-board Ethernet port back of your motherboard; and wait for "system preferences/Network to find network connection") if your system does not find any network connection, restart your computer and try checking the system preferences/network again. We suggest using a PCI network card; we suggest using netgear G311 network card. if you have a PCI network card and that does not work, please switch the  pci slot and try again; it should work, if that does not work please email us at info@zougate.com; also make sure you did not disable Ethernet ports under bios setup.

Please upgrade your Operating system to 10.5.6 and/or up to 10.5.8; should you not have video support or "Quartz Extreme: Not Supported"  you may need to re-install your OS. (very rare issue)

Make sure you have setup your motherboard's bios according to "EFiX MB Bios Setup"

Check the follow under bios setup:
Enter Bios setup:
Integrated Peripherals/Azalia Codec [Auto]
(above Azalia Codec should be [auto] by default if you setup the bios according to our bios setup guide)

Next under OS X(tm) please make the following changes:
System Preferences (Click)
Sound (click)
Sound Effects: (click) Play Alerts and sound effects through: Internal speakers (select)
Output: (click) Internal Speakers (select)
Input: (click) Internal Microphone (select)

Please make sure your speakers are functional and your volume adjusted to appropriate label. You may want to test your speakers with other devices to make sure. make sure your speakers are connected correct port of the motherboard I/O panel.

Common video problems include a blue screen at first startup with mouse pointer and nothing else. Also sound but no video when gaming. The most common solution to any video problems has been making sure your monitor is plugged into the Master port instead of Slave. (for those cards that have dual dvi ports) Any doubts, switch your monitor to the other port. This is not to say ALL video problems are caused by that, just the simplest. If the problem persists, please feel free to post your question.

Please buy PC version of graphic/Video card? We recommend PC version, as Mac version graphic/video card may not work with your efix pc/efix compompatible system.

Example: "I have 1066MHz and it is only displaying 800MHz." This is only a cosmetic issue. Your memory is functioning at the correct Mhz. It just isn't displayed properly in the System Profiler.

If this message is displayed it means you are using an outdated firmware update client. Please upgrade to the latest firmware update utility for OSX found here.
